返金ポリシー
Hide & Scratch has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Hide & Scratch is not responsible for out of the ordinary cat behavior.
To start a return, please contact support@hideandscratch.com.
If your return is accepted, you will receive specific instructions for returning your package & a refund once it arrives back to us. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund.
Hide & Scratch is a small business (I’m a one-cat-lady-show!) and takes pride in customer service. I will do my best to make things right within my ability to do so. If you have any questions, please contact support@hideandscratch.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, Hide & Scratch cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be evaluated and handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@hideandscratch.com.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive notice if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hideandscratch.com.
